• Mission: Assist the Construction team in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, design specifications, and established timelines.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam

What You’ll Actually Do
• Estimating: Utilize Excel for various estimating tasks, contributing to project cost analysis.
• Administration: Perform crucial administrative tasks, including processing pay applications, managing change orders, and drafting meeting minutes.
• Coordination: Assist with tenant construction coordination, facilitating smooth project execution.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive field reports, documenting project progress and observations, and support internal reporting.
• Research: Engage in research tasks, such as examining historical construction projects and conducting pre-construction field research.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Studies, or Project Management. Demonstrated knowledge in construction principles and design concepts.
• Experience: Practical experience with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam.
• Skills: Construction principles, design concepts, project cost analysis, administrative support, field reporting, research methods.
