The Tone:
This is a Seasonal, Full-time internship at Oracle, collaborating with hackajob. The role is US-based. Oracle is a long-standing technology company known for its autonomous database, AI-powered cloud applications, and large-scale EHR implementations, driving innovation across industries. This internship is crucial for helping the Construction and Engineering Industry Unit create, transform, and maintain demonstration-ready data environments, enabling customers to see data in new ways and unlock possibilities. This position helps prepare transitioning military veterans and military spouses for civilian careers within the corporate sector.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Assist in developing and executing a demonstration data strategy for Oracle Construction and Engineering solutions.
• System Learning: Learn Oracle solutions and configurations to understand data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Data Transformation: Analyze and transform existing data sets for compatibility with updated demonstration environments.
• Data Management: Support data operations including importing, exporting, cleansing, and validating data between systems and platforms.
• Automation: Utilize AI-assisted tools and automation technologies to accelerate data generation, transformation, and formatting activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Finance, Project Management, or Data Analytics. Career Level: Entry-Level.
• Experience: Assisting with cross-functional projects, managing multiple projects, and working with structured and unstructured data, ideally new to corporate experience.
• Skills: Strong written and oral communication, excellent project management, highly organized, proactive self-starter, technically inclined, problem-solving, and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
• Bonus: US Veteran transitioning from active service or active-duty Military Spouse new to corporate experience preferred.
