Concierge Security Officer
GardaWorld Security Services is actively seeking a Concierge Security Officer to join our team. This role focuses heavily on providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment. We are looking for individuals with a natural ability to engage with others, inspire confidence, and build meaningful connections.
As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will be working with people across various shifts in diverse environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, making strong customer service skills paramount.
What’s In It For You
- Site Location: Las Vegas South, NV
- Set Schedule: 24 to 40-hour work week, with specific shifts available:
- North Side:
- Shift 1: Flex Hours: 2300 to 0700 (Sunday). Must have availability for remaining hours.
- Mid-Town 1: 24 to 40-hour work week.
- Shift 1: Swing: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (Thursday to Monday).
- Shift 2: PT Swing: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Thursday to Saturday).
- Mid-Town 2: PT Hours
- PT Swing: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Saturday & Sunday).
- North Side:
- Competitive Hourly Wage: $16 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard
- Always prioritize excellent customer service.
- Be a great team player.
- Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- Present a physical deterrent by performing patrols on foot, by car, or via other assigned means.
- Limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats to ensure a safe experience for all.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.
- Write clear and detailed reports.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards appropriately.
- Operate and maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment safely.
Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard
- High school education or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to ace and pass an extensive screening process.
- 1 year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred.
- Possession of a Private Investigator’s License Board (PILB) card is required.
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and handle various weather conditions throughout your shift.
- Superior people skills.
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Superior work ethic and integrity.
- Ability to obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
