Levy is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country. Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, they are known for their unbridled creativity, custom strategies, impeccable service, and true love for great food. They are looking for Concessions Technology and Operations Interns to support the development of the mobile ordering and Member Inclusive Menu (MIM) experience during San Francisco 49ers games and major events held at Levi’s® Stadium.
Interns will work alongside Guest Service Representatives, Levy Restaurants staff, and the E15 group to deliver the best customer experience for guests using the mobile app to order food & beverage. They will help with the development and user experience of mobile ordering at Levi’s Stadium through collecting feedback, suggesting improvements, and educating/assisting fans. Prior to event days, interns will help troubleshoot concession technology including point-of-sales and by preparing the concourse for event days. On event days, they will be the face of Levi’s® Stadium’s mobile ordering and concessions experience, taking orders in the lines and providing information, education, and troubleshooting of the 49ers mobile app.
Required skills include: strong knowledge of smartphone functionality, ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting, excellent people skills, a service-oriented approach, strong technical proficiency and enthusiasm for cutting-edge mobile technology, ability to work well as part of a large team in a fast-paced environment, and previous experience in a customer-facing role. Must be at least 18 years of age and available for in-person training sessions in July/August. Work most, if not all, 49er home games at Levi’s Stadium for 8-10 hours, with attendance to 80% of home games preferred. Additional dates may be required as needed.
