This role is crucial for managing and supporting the IT compliance framework, ensuring consistent implementation of compliance requirements, identifying gaps, and improving processes to maintain robust control environments.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute daily compliance operations: Ensure all IT activities and user onboarding undergo comprehensive risk-based screening in strict alignment with SOX compliance and internal policies.
• Maintain SOX Governance: Manage Access Controls, Segregation of Duties, Change management tracking, and data integrity checks as per SOX controls.
• Ensure IT General Controls compliance: Guarantee evidence and documentation controls meet audit review requirements without risk.
• Support daily operations: Perform quality checks, reconciliations, monitoring, and resolve operational discrepancies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration: Encourage communication among cross-functional teams using collaboration tools to maintain engagement and a collaborative environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline, with a focus on IT compliance.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience working with Sarbanes-Oxley SOX Compliance.
• Skills: Strong understanding of financial systems, proficiency in Project management, JIRA, ServiceNow, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Preferable to be a Certified SOX Professional.
