• Mission: This person will coordinate and moderate online community spaces to drive member engagement, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement for a global network.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate and moderate online community spaces, including discussion forums, social channels, and member groups.
• Engage directly with members, respond to their questions, and highlight relevant content to encourage interaction.
• Encourage active participation in community events and programs designed to spark new ideas and solutions.
• Assist in planning and promoting virtual events, gathering community feedback, and tracking engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams on content ideas, community campaigns, and initiatives that enhance the member experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in communications, marketing, social sciences, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience: No specific years required; previous experience in community management, student organizations, social media, or customer support is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage diverse audiences clearly and respectfully.
• Comfort using social media platforms, online forums, and basic digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Discord).
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
