We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Community Manager Interns to grow and nurture our newly launched Discord community.

About the Role: Community Manager Intern

As a Community Manager Intern, you will be instrumental in expanding our community and fostering a vibrant, interactive environment within our Discord server. Your responsibilities will span across community growth, engagement, and feedback collection, directly contributing to the success of Plutus.gg.

1. Community Growth & Conversion

• Drive relevant users (college students, casual gamers, AI enthusiasts) to join our Discord server.
• Execute strategic outreach initiatives across various platforms including gaming communities, micro-influencers, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Actively promote Plutus.gg’s exciting events, new features, and innovative game creation tools.

2. Engagement & Activation

• Significantly increase daily activity and conversation within Discord through engaging prompts, polls, and mini-contests.
• Encourage creators to build games and suggest innovative ideas on Plutus.gg.
• Motivate players to connect with friends, play together, and share their unique game/tournament codes.

3. Feedback Building

• Systematically collect valuable feedback from both players and creators.
• Provide insightful feedback on new releases, suggest inputs, and propose new activation strategies.

Weekly Deliverables

• Bring 10–40 qualified new users to Discord.
• Host or actively help host 1–2 community engagements (events, mini-games, polls).
• Maintain daily activity through moderation, engaging chats, and consistent engagement prompts.

Monthly Earnings & Performance Structure

This is a performance-based internship with a tiered earning structure, rewarding your dedication and impact:

• Base Performer Payout: $200–$250/month
• High Performers: Up to $1000/month for those driving strong conversions & engagement (exceeding weekly deliverable targets).
• Unlimited Earning Potential: No cap on conversions – earn more by consistently bringing in high-quality, relevant users.

Payment Formula: Based on a weighted scoring system that evaluates:

• New Discord conversions (qualified users).
• Engagement metrics (chats, participation, retention).
• Activity-based contributions (events, challenges, moderation).

Internship Structure

• Duration: 3-6 Months
• Location: Based in United States
• Model: Remote, with target-based work

Upon successful completion of the internship, we will provide a certificate of completion and a letter for required number of hours for college programs if needed.
