• Role Title: Community Intern

• Responsibilities:
• Recruit community members across Her Campus, Spoon University, Campus Trendsetters, InfluenceHer Collective, and College Fashionista to facilitate community growth.
• Conduct research on influencer and college campus trends.
• Brainstorm and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
• Craft compelling copy for newsletters.
• Create engaging social media content for recruitment purposes.
• Provide support for various events and experiential projects.
• Source potential talent leads.
• Collaborate on main stage programming.
• Contribute to enhancing user experience.

• Qualifications:
• Must be a current college undergraduate.
• Possess strong communication, organization, and strategic thinking skills.
• Have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office platforms.
• Exhibit a hardworking, detail-oriented, efficient, and creative work ethic.
• Be passionate about Her Campus Media’s mission.
• Demonstrate interest in community growth, social media content creation, marketing, and project management.
• Being a Her Campus Community Member is preferred.

• Provide two social posts that demonstrate your ability to edit videos and create engaging, trendy content.

• Internships are offered year-round on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible hours.
