Job Description:

This posting is for the Community College Internship (CCI) program at PNNL. The CCI program encourages undergraduate students and recent graduates to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) by providing research experiences at Department of Energy (DOE) laboratories.

Key aspects of the internship:

Research Focus: Selected students will participate as interns at PNNL, working under the guidance of laboratory staff scientists or engineers on projects supporting the DOE mission.
Eligibility: Applicants must meet specific eligibility requirements established and verified by the DOE-WDTS system. A current application in the Workforce Development for Teachers and Scientist (WDTS) system is required. Additional requirements are listed on the official CCI website.
Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents at the time of application.
Location: The internship takes place at PNNL in eastern Washington State.
