About Amazon’s Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) Organization:
Amazon’s CCR organization is comprised of hundreds of communications professionals around the globe. Job Description: Communications Internship
Amazon’s CCR organization is seeking undergraduate students in their junior year to join their 12-week summer internship program. This paid internship offers a rewarding opportunity to learn about corporate communications, including public relations, messaging strategy, social media, employee communications, and more.
Responsibilities:
During your internship, you may be responsible for:
• Working with media and journalists
• Analyzing news coverage
• Writing company communications
• Developing content for Amazon news channels (e.g., aboutamazon.com) and social media channels (e.g., @insideamazon)
• Drafting communication strategy
• Supporting company events
• Owning and leading one or more communication projects
• Recaping your learnings and recommendations for CCR leaders
Key Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues of diverse backgrounds
• Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously
• Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record
• Previous work, internship, and/or leadership experience in communications

Eligibility Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a communications, journalism, public relations, English, electronic/digital media, or similar bachelor’s degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week over a 12-week summer internship.
• Ability to relocate nationwide (relocation assistance provided, if eligible).
• Ability to complete a 12-week internship between May–August 2025.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Compensation:
• Base pay ranges from $22.84/hr in the lowest geographic market up to $36.54/hr in the highest geographic market.
• Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Amazon offers a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
