This posting is for the Undergraduate Interns for the Commercial Strategy Analyst (CSA) Program Internship, specifically highlighting the Network Planning track. This is a paid summer internship program for Summer 2026, designed to accelerate the development of high-potential analysts. The program aims to deepen interns’ understanding of Delta’s business, expand their skill sets, and provide opportunities to develop leadership capabilities. Successful interns may be offered a full-time position upon completion of their internship, based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities and Employment Opportunities within the Commercial Strategy Analyst (CSA) Program include:
• Revenue Management: Interns will support analysis of competitor pricing actions, initiate pricing actions and promotions to maintain market share, develop processes for streamlined pricing execution, and support short-term initiatives to maximize revenue based on passenger demand analysis.
• Network Planning (Focus of this specific posting): Interns will be involved in developing route structures, analyzing new city and route opportunities, determining capacity responses to competitive actions, and maximizing profitability by strategically aligning capacity with demand through aircraft deployment.
• Customer Engagement, Loyalty and Marketing: Responsibilities include developing promotion and channel strategies to drive incremental passenger revenue, build customer loyalty, increase brand recognition, design improvements for customer communications, enhance the loyalty program, and develop better customer segmentation.
• E-Commerce/Distribution: Interns will help maintain the competitiveness of delta.com and its self-service functionality, develop online marketing strategies, identify revenue streams through non-air partnerships for delta.com, and manage global distribution systems and third-party online agency relationships by leveraging new technologies to lower distribution costs.
• Sales Analysis: This track involves analyzing the financial contribution of incentive programs with corporations and distributors, and developing new sales strategies to generate incremental sales.
• Reservations Sales Analysis: Interns will analyze performance efforts to determine strategies that improve customer service, enhance employee engagement, maximize cost efficiencies, and ultimately drive increased customer revenue and loyalty.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Be a rising senior in an undergraduate program, with a projected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2027.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree at a 4-year academic institution.
• Possess a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4-point scale.
• Must be available to work full-time during the Summer 2026 semester. Students cannot actively take any courses (online or in-person) while working as a Co-op/Intern, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters.
• Must be able to work on-site in Delta’s Atlanta, GA office for the entire duration of the Co-op.
• Candidates who have already graduated and are employed full-time will not be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data, use it to form concrete business actions, and present findings.
• A creative problem solver with a familiarity with economic concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment and prioritize tasks.
