• Tech Stack: Salesforce, Showpad, Power BI, BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce, Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Retail Sales and Engagement: Work onsite within retail stores to drive end-user sales, improve engagement, and educate store associates on product knowledge.
• Commercial & Industrial End User Development: Engage professional end-users to understand their purchasing processes and align efforts with local market teams, product managers, and distributors.
• Sales Operations Support: Provide operational and analytical assistance to Tools & Outdoor sales teams, collaborating cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives.
• Performance Analysis and Improvement: Track price blocks, product quality issues, analyze promotions, and manage competitive retail comparisons to recommend program changes.
• Sales Technology and Inventory Management: Oversee sales technology platforms such as Salesforce, Showpad, and Power BI, and manage demo tool and point-of-sale driver inventory.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Communications, Psychology, Business, or related majors.
• Experience: Less than 2 years of professional experience, including sales internship or co-op experience.
• Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, accountability, ability to analyze Power BI and SalesForce data, strong product and market knowledge, effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Bonus: Demonstrated leadership values and behaviors, goal-oriented and driven to achieve results, flexible towards change, proven desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals, understanding of IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce).
