About the Job
The Commercial Manager, Animal Nutrition is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company’s Animal Nutrition strategy within a specific region. The role involves leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, managing cross-functional teams, and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement regional strategies for the Animal Nutrition business, focusing on growth in the monogastric sector.
• Manage and motivate a high-performing team, including sales, marketing, and affiliated members from other departments.
• Deliver on volume and variable margin targets, growing the region faster than industry average.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key innovators and industry leaders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics, sharing insights with internal partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute market activation strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field related to feed additives (e.g., nutritional sciences, biological sciences, veterinary sciences).
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in specialty additives within the animal nutrition industry.
• Proven experience working with leading regional integrators and animal producers.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
