Job Description:
The WPVI Technology team is responsible for creating and maintaining all the broadcast, IT, and newsroom systems that allow WPVI to produce and deliver their news daily. As an intern, you will join this team and gain valuable experience by working alongside senior engineers and project managers.
Your role will involve:
• Testing new software deployments: Assessing the functionality and performance of new software applications.
• Developing training materials: Creating resources to guide colleagues on how to utilize new technology effectively.
• Tackling broadcast issues: Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot and resolve problems that arise during news production and delivery.
