About the Commerce Internship

The commerce industry is experiencing rapid growth, and TikTok aims to be the leading commerce channel for merchants, creators, and affiliates. This internship offers students the opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking shopping experience on TikTok.

Internship Details

Duration: 12 weeks, starting in August 2024.

Location: Various locations depending on the specific role.

Application: Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early application is encouraged.

Responsibilities:

Celebrity Live Selling Support: Provide end-to-end support for celebrity live selling operations, including data analysis, business strategy, and internal communications.
Creator Branded Seller Analysis: Conduct business analysis for creator branded sellers, from incubation to recruitment and operations.
Best Practice Generation: Generate live best practices, learnings, and insights for sharing.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Fall 2024.
• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire.
• Understanding of live-streaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Major in economics or management.
