Description: Commerce Internship
The Commerce Industry is Booming
TikTok is actively expanding into the commerce space, aiming to become the leading platform for merchants, creators, and affiliates.
Your Role:
As a Commerce Internship, you will be part of the Brand Campaign team, focusing on innovation modules for single top brands within TikTok Shop. You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
• Campaign Execution: Assisting with the implementation of various campaigns, including Category Campaigns and Brand Campaigns.
• Resource Allocation: Participating in online resource allocation, merchant communication, and marketing planning.
• Internal & External Coordination: Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Business Planning: Participating in Campaign business planning, analyzing data, and providing insights for business decisions.
• Gameplay Design: Contributing to the design of campaign marketing gameplay and assisting in project management.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Supporting communication with various teams (industry operations, experts, UG, product teams) and promoting collaboration.
Currently pursuings:
• Minimum Currently pursuings: Good communication and problem-solving skills. Data sensitivity, strong data awareness, proficiency in Excel formulas, with bonus points for design software experience. Excellent internal and external communication skills, strong project management abilities, self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility.
• Preferred Skills: Business or Marketing background. Prior experience in e-commerce activities and marketing. Mastery of data analysis software.
Internship Details:
• Duration: 12 weeks, starting in May/June 2025.
• Start Dates: Monday, May 12, Monday, May 19, Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26), Monday, June 9, Monday, June 23.
