As a COMLEX Tutor, you will make a significant impact on students’ academic success and understanding, helping them achieve their learning goals from anywhere.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support thousands of students nationally by providing online COMLEX tutoring.
• Deliver personalized instruction to individual students on an ongoing basis through one-on-one online sessions.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests for immediate assistance whenever you are available.
• Adapt study strategies and instruction across COMLEX examination levels, tailoring content using COMLEX-specific materials.
• Guide students through strategic test-taking, clinical vignette analysis, and the application of osteopathic principles for COMLEX.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Deep knowledge of COMLEX-USA examination content across Level 1, Level 2-CE, and Level 2-PE, covering osteopathic principles, biomedical sciences, clinical sciences, and osteopathic patient care. Proficiency in preparing osteopathic medical students for board certification and residency placement.
• Experience: Skilled at teaching clinical vignette analysis, osteopathic principle application, and systematic answer elimination for COMLEX. Familiarity with COMLEX examination levels and common challenges, such as integrating osteopathic principles into clinical scenarios and managing biomedical science content breadth.
• Skills:
1. Ability to explain osteopathic manipulative treatment, systems-based pathophysiology, pharmacology, and clinical decision-making using multiple approaches.
2. Capacity to adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles, identifying concepts students commonly struggle with.
3. Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching style.
4. Ability to distinguish COMLEX from USMLE question styles and target osteopathic-specific content areas.
