• Collaborate with mentors to design a personalized development program that reflects both your professional interests and the company’s operational needs.
• Receive continuous support, coaching, and mentoring from your program mentor and immediate supervisors to guide your professional journey.
• Explore different aspects of your professional field through these assignments, enabling you to make informed choices about your future career growth within the company.
• Foster social and business relationships by actively networking with colleagues participating in the College Graduate in Training (CGIT) program.

• Background: Entry-Level. Bachelor’s degree in heavy equipment or automotive technology, business, or a related field.
