Responsibilities
This internship program is designed to mirror the full-time Financial Representative career, offering extensive learning and development opportunities. As a College Financial Representative, you will:
- Learn how to prospect and network effectively to build your business and client base.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy.
- Call on potential clients and set meetings to understand their financial goals.
- Prepare tailored financial plans and offer useful recommendations.
- Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms.
- Engage in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings to continuously enhance your skills.
- Receive support to obtain Risk Product State Licensing: Life, Accident, and Health.
- Build invaluable life skills that will create future career opportunities across various industries.

With the option to participate in the internship program year-round, you can continuously grow your practice and receive support for advanced registrations and certifications such as the Series 6 & 63 or CFP®. Qualifications

- Currently a full-time student; juniors and seniors are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation structure for this internship is designed to reward performance and support professional development:
- Performance-based earnings and revenue.
- Learning and Development Incentives (up to $1000/month, not inclusive of earned commissions).
- Productivity Bonuses.

Salary Range
USD $500.00 – USD $1,000.00 /Yr. (This range pertains to the learning and development incentives and does not include earned commissions.)
