Responsibilities

This internship program is structured to mirror our full-time Financial Representative career, providing invaluable hands-on experience:

  • Learn to prospect and network effectively to build your business and client base.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients and conduct meetings to understand their financial goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial plans and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms.
  • Participate in regular weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.
  • Obtain Risk Product State Licensing: Life, Accident, and Health.
  • Acquire essential life skills that open doors to future career opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Performance-based earnings and revenue.
  • Learning and Development Incentives (up to $1000/month, not inclusive of earned commissions).

Base Stipend/Compensation Range: USD $500.00 – USD $1,000.00 /Yr.
