What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Our internship program mirrors the full-time Financial Representative career path, providing you with invaluable hands-on experience:
Prospecting & Networking: Learn how to identify and connect with potential clients to build your business and client base.
Business Strategy Development: Create and execute your own strategic business plan.
Client Engagement: Proactively call on potential clients, set meetings, and delve into understanding their financial aspirations.
Financial Planning: Prepare tailored plans and offer insightful, useful recommendations.
Proprietary Software Exposure: Gain experience with industry-leading, proprietary financial planning software platforms.
Ongoing Development: Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.
Licensing & Certifications: Receive support to obtain essential Risk Product State Licensing: Life, Accident, and Health.

Their income is based on production. Approval for an intern contract requires a national criminal background check.

Salary Range:
USD $500.00 – USD $1,000.00 /Yr.
