Key Responsibilities:
Our internship program is structured to mirror the experience of a full-time Financial Representative career, offering interns the opportunity to:

• Learn essential prospecting and networking strategies to build a successful business and client base.
• Develop and execute a strategic business plan.
• Proactively engage potential clients through calls and set meetings to thoroughly understand their financial goals.
• Prepare comprehensive financial plans and provide useful, tailored recommendations.

• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings designed for continuous growth.

Salary Range:
USD $500.00 – USD $1,000.00 /Yr.
(Please note: This range typically refers to a base stipend. Performance-based earnings, monthly learning/development incentives of up to $1000, and productivity bonuses are additional and can significantly increase total compensation as detailed in the “Compensation & Benefits” section.)
