- Client Engagement & Needs Analysis: Proactively reach out to potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct in-depth discussions to thoroughly understand their unique financial goals and aspirations.
- Financial Planning & Recommendations: Craft personalized financial plans and provide actionable, useful recommendations tailored to meet client objectives.
- Proprietary Software Exposure: Gain valuable experience with Northwestern Mutual’s cutting-edge, proprietary financial planning software platforms.
- Continuous Learning & Development: Participate in weekly coaching sessions, intensive training programs, and professional development meetings designed to accelerate your growth.

- Learning & Development Incentives: Opportunity to earn up to $1000 per month in incentives, which are *not• inclusive of earned commissions.
- Productivity Bonuses: Additional bonuses awarded based on achieving specific productivity milestones.
- Comprehensive Licensing Support: Full support for obtaining essential insurance licenses (Life, Health, Disability Income, Long-Term Care).
- Securities Registration Support: Support for SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 registrations (eligibility required).
Salary Range: The base compensation for this role is USD $500.00 – USD $1,000.00 /Yr. This figure represents a foundational component, with significant earning potential through performance-based commissions, learning & development incentives (up to $1000/month), and productivity bonuses.
