As a College Financial Representative intern, your role mirrors that of a full-time Financial Representative, providing a comprehensive learning experience:

• Learn to prospect and network effectively to build your business and client base.
• Develop and execute a personal business strategy.
• Call on potential clients, set meetings, and understand their financial goals.
• Prepare financial plans and offer useful recommendations.
• Gain exposure to proprietary planning software platforms.
• Actively participate in weekly coaching, training, and development meetings.
• Receive support to obtain Risk Product State Licensing: Life, Accident, and Health.
• Develop valuable life skills that foster future career opportunities.

You’ll have ongoing support for obtaining crucial registrations and certifications, including the Series 6 & 63 or CFP®. Compensation & Benefits

The program offers a competitive compensation and benefits package:

• Performance-based earnings and revenue.
• Learning and Development Incentives (up to $1000/month, not inclusive of earned commissions).
