Performance-Based Earnings: This role offers primarily performance-based earnings and revenue, directly correlating with your efforts and success in client engagement.
Learning & Development Incentives: Access significant incentives, including up to $1,000 per month in Learning and Development Incentives (exclusive of earned commissions).
Productivity Bonuses: Earn additional compensation through various Productivity Bonuses.
Licensing Support: Comprehensive support for obtaining essential insurance licensing (Life, Health, Disability Income, Long Term Care).
Registration Support: Support for achieving SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 registrations (eligibility required).

Note on Compensation: The stated annual range of USD $500.00 – USD $1,000.00 /Yr. may represent a baseline or minimum annual component of the various incentives, with total compensation being directly tied to your sales performance, successful client engagement, and the monthly Learning and Development Incentives up to $1,000. Actual earnings are highly variable and reflect individual productivity.
