Job Description:

This is a Co-op position within SRI’s Advanced Imaging Center for the Fall Co-op cycle for Stevens Institute of Technology students, located onsite in Princeton, NJ.

The selected candidate will join the Electrical Engineering team and work alongside expert embedded SOC processor/DSP, FPGA and analog hardware designers to develop new optical sensors and cameras. The Co-op Student will get the chance to work side by side with expert embedded SOC processor/DSP, FPGA and analog hardware designers to help develop new and world changing optical sensors and cameras.

Responsibilities:

• The Co-op Student will be involved in the development of state-of-the-art hardware for imaging systems.

Qualifications:

• Must be a current Stevens Institute of Technology student in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to Government contract requirements.
• Must have an interest in analog and/or digital design as a career path.
Experience with circuit design and simulation is desirable.
Familiarity with Altium schematic capture and printed circuit board layout tools is a plus.
Previous experience performing analog circuit simulation and analysis with SPICE is a plus.
