Job Description
Doosan Bobcat is offering Co-op and Internship opportunities for students seeking a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. These opportunities are located in West Fargo, ND and offer the chance to gain real-world experience in various departments.
Responsibilities (vary by department):
• Operations: Participate in process improvement discussions, assist with marketing task management, collaborate on photo shoot scheduling, support lead and opportunity management, manage website content, handle day-to-day operational tasks, support brand activation logistics, and coordinate with vendors and partners.
• Activation: Develop digital media strategies and campaigns, create custom reporting, support brand activation events, assist with experiential marketing, and collaborate on engaging content creation.
• Intelligence: Prepare, analyze, and summarize marketing reports, analyze brand experience effectiveness, track and report on consumer engagement metrics.
• Planning: Review creative content, assist with marketing communications, participate in trade show planning, provide dealer support, and collaborate on immersive brand experiences.
Qualifications:
• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in a related field.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player, fast learner, and adaptable to change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Commitment to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions.
