Remote Work Definition: This is a Remote role, meaning employees will primarily work offsite (from home). However, an employee may be expected to travel to a site location as needed. If you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

About the Role:
This Co-op position is within the Services & Specialty Products segment of the Collins Aerospace Interiors business. The role is part of the Legal, Contracts & Compliance functional team, specifically within the Contracts & Business Management organization. You will be supporting the Contracts team at various Interiors business sites.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Support electronic organization in a new contracts repository tool.
• Provide Contracts Administration support to a small Customer or program.
• Support Contract terms reviews.
• Creation or update of tools using Microsoft applications.
• Work special projects for the Cabin Monuments Contracts team.
• Network with peers within the Contracts organization and the Interiors business.

• Working with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to Customer contract support.
• Exposure to the full Contracts Lifecycle.
• Leading small projects.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD – 82,000 USD. This is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Incentive Compensation:
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors.

Additional Information:

Relocation: This position is eligible for relocation.
