What You’ll Actually Do
• User Support: Provide assistance to office and field employees for various IT-related issues.
• Hardware Management: Maintain and manage equipment including computers, printers, mobile devices, and rugged field equipment.
• Software Support: Install, update, and support essential business applications such as Microsoft 365, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• Networking: Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network connectivity at office locations and jobsites.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols, manage access controls, and uphold IT policies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a school or university majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree program.
• Experience: Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (40 hours preferred), Monday through Friday, completing at least two full-time, alternating Co-op rotations before graduation (1st Rotation: Fall 2026, 2nd Rotation: Summer 2027).
• Skills: Ability to apply fundamental technical concepts, self-motivated and team-oriented, effective communication across diverse teams, and efficient task prioritization with strong multitasking skills.
