Role Description: Club Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

Padel Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time, On-Site Club Operations Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL. This pivotal role is responsible for the seamless execution of our daily club activities, ensuring an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

As a Club Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our club’s functionality, directly contributing to our reputation for excellence. You will work closely with the management team to uphold our high standards and continuously enhance member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all club activities, including front desk operations, court bookings, equipment rentals, and facility readiness.
  • Member Engagement & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for members, providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Membership Management: Assist with member onboarding, managing membership accounts, processing renewals, and promoting club benefits to both prospective and existing members.
  • Event Coordination Assistance: Support the planning and execution of club events, tournaments, leagues, and social gatherings, ensuring successful and engaging experiences for participants.
  • Facility Standards & Maintenance: Conduct regular checks to ensure the club’s cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote club services, lessons, retail merchandise, and upcoming events to enhance member engagement and generate revenue.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work hand-in-hand with the management team and other staff members to implement operational improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at elevating the member experience.
  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and processing transactions accurately.

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring to Our Team

  • Exceptional Communication & Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with members, clearly articulate club offerings, confidently promote services, and positively influence sales outcomes.
  • Proven Operations Management Experience: Prior experience in managing daily operations, scheduling, and problem-solving within a customer-facing environment, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
  • Strong Organizational & Time-Management Abilities: Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
  • Hospitality/Sports/Recreation Background (A Plus): Previous experience in the hospitality, sports club, or recreation management sectors is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness and availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the club’s operational needs.
  • Passion for Padel or Sports: An genuine enthusiasm for sports, particularly padel, is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to connect with our community.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with club management software, booking systems, and standard office applications.
