This role supports, optimizes, and maintains critical healthcare IT systems that power clinical operations, ensuring reliability, performance, and usability across hospital environments by working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Diagnose: Diagnose issues within clinical systems and perform necessary upgrades to resolve problems.
• Optimize: Test and optimize clinical systems to maintain overall stability and performance.
• Translate: Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical system configurations and solutions.
• Support: Provide ongoing system support, training, and documentation to clinical users and healthcare teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professional experience supporting or administering healthcare IT systems.
• Experience: Prior experience with healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting, testing, and system optimization skills; ability to translate workflow needs into system configurations by collaborating with clinicians and technical teams.
• Bonus: Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
