Job Title: Clinical Integration Specialist
Pay Rate: $30.00–$33.86 per hour
Duration: 6-month contract
Location: Fully Remote – United States (East Coast time zone strongly preferred)
Position Overview
The Clinical Integration Specialist will support the Medical Affairs team by ensuring scientific accuracy, consistency, and integrity across clinical and marketing materials. This role serves as a key contributor in content review workflows, validating claims against scientific evidence and ensuring materials meet high standards of substantiation.

Core Responsibilities
- Review marketing and internal materials for scientific and clinical accuracy.
- Validate clinical claims using robust scientific evidence.
- Ensure all statements are appropriately substantiated and defensible.
- Represent Medical Affairs during content review processes.
- Serve as the U.S. stakeholder entry point for review workflow coordination.
- Conduct literature searches and synthesize clinical findings into clear summaries.
- Manage and support Medical Affairs review workflows for external and internal materials.
- Maintain and organize centralized knowledge repositories (e.g., claims libraries, SharePoint).
- Support development and improvement of scalable systems and processes.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and broader teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and knowledge management practices.
- Support training and adoption of knowledge management platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (minimum) in a scientific or clinical field.
- Strong academic background with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate peer-reviewed research.
- Deep understanding of scientific evidence validation and appraisal.
- Experience conducting literature searches and interpreting published clinical research.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in medical writing.
- Experience reviewing clinical labels or promotional materials.
- Exposure to regulatory review or claims substantiation processes.
- Experience supporting knowledge management systems.
- Interest in technology-enabled solutions, including GenAI platforms.
