Front Desk Coordinator | Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy

What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Welcome & Check-in: Greets patients and visitors with a positive attitude and warm smile, answering inquiries and efficiently checking in patients in person or over the phone.
• Appointment Management: Delivers high-level customer service by optimizing provider time and maximizing treatment room utilization through accurate appointment scheduling.
• Patient Care Assistance: Aids patients during therapy by applying heat packs and paraffin dips, assisting with pool and equipment entry, and guiding through prescribed exercise routines.
• EMR & Documentation: Performs accurate data entry into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, including patient information, and generates financial reconciliations and patient retention reports.
• Clinic Upkeep: Maintains a safe, clean, and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties, laundry, and preparing treatment rooms with sterilized equipment and supplies.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED is required, coupled with core domain knowledge in medical office operations and customer service.
• Experience: One year of medical office experience preferred, alongside one year of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and co-workers, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong record-keeping abilities.
• Bonus: Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus, and the company seeks career-minded individuals interested in long-term opportunities.
