Job Description

4-C Personal Wealth Management is a growing independent RIA firm seeking a full-time Client Services Representative to work directly with the owner in a hands-on environment.

This pivotal role will initially focus on administrative support and meeting preparation, with a clear trajectory for evolution into a more analytical, operational, or even advisory-focused position. Primary Responsibilities

Meeting & Advisor Support

  • Prepare comprehensive materials for client meetings, including investment reviews, financial plans, retirement projections, and estate planning summaries.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and planning analyses.
  • Provide essential support for internal investment discussions.

Client Service & Operations

  • Process account applications and manage all related paperwork efficiently.
  • Handle money movement requests accurately and securely.
  • Facilitate a smooth client onboarding experience.
  • Assist with statement preparation and billing support.
  • Maintain and update client relationship management (CRM) systems and documentation.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for the owner and client meetings.

Over time, this role is designed to expand, potentially encompassing trading support, deeper investment analysis, and more direct client interaction.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (a major in Finance or Business is strongly preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset coupled with a genuine interest in financial markets.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with eMoney financial planning software.
  • Familiarity with Schwab Advisor Services.
  • Proficiency with Wealthbox CRM.

Licensing & Certifications

  • Series 66 license is not required to start, but must be successfully obtained within 6 months of employment.
  • A long-term commitment towards achieving CFP certification is strongly encouraged.
