This role is crucial for supporting our client teams by delivering essential bookkeeping and accounting services. The Client Service Coordinator ensures accurate financial record-keeping, efficient transaction processing, and adherence to accounting standards and regulations for our clients.

• Mission: Maintains accurate financial records, processes transactions, and ensures compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations for multiple clients.
• Tech Stack: QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office (Excel)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Accounting Support: Provide comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, often traveling to client offices.
• Software Implementation: Assist clients with setting up QuickBooks and answer their questions regarding navigation and use of both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Financial Record Management: Post and reconcile general ledgers, conduct bank reconciliations, and accurately record fixed assets and their depreciation.
• Tax and Payroll Preparation: Prepare and remit payroll taxes both manually and through software applications, and complete property tax returns, Form 1096, and Form 1099s.
• Financial Closings: Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma required, with foundational knowledge in bookkeeping principles, including debits and credits, bank reconciliations, compilations, and payroll.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a bookkeeping environment. Proven experience in setting up both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel. Demonstrated strong client service abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing needs. Developing project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, alongside integrity, dependability, and trustworthiness.
