This Client Service Associate position supports their wealth management division, not their insurance or retirement divisions.
Job Description: Client Service Associate
This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advisors, and other team members. The Client Service Associate will be the primary point of contact for many client interactions, handling requests such as:
• Money movement: Facilitating transactions.
• Account balance inquiries: Responding to client requests for account information.
• Check re-orders: Processing requests for replacement checks.
• Charitable giving confirmations: Verifying charitable donations.
• Paperwork management: Ensuring the smooth flow of client documents.
• Phone calls: Answering and resolving client inquiries.
The position requires efficient use of a CRM application to manage tasks, update client information, and streamline processes. Specific CRM functions include:
• Submitting and assigning tasks.
• Running dialogues (onboarding/offboarding clients, new contracts, RMD requests).
• Creating and updating contact information.
• Utilizing dashboard features for task tracking.
• Running reports.
Other responsibilities include collaborating with other Wealthspire teams, preparing client paperwork and communications (letters/emails), assisting advisors with scheduling, and confirming appointments with clients.

Education and Experience:
• College degree preferred; new graduates with business/finance-related degrees and relevant experience (internships) are considered.
• 1-2 years of related industry experience preferred; experience in financial planning or the securities industry is helpful.
