• Team: Client Incentive Operations team, supporting operations of client incentive teams from all regions worldwide.
• Mission: Manage client incentive and merchant acceptance incentive agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, determining appropriate accounting treatment, and applying process methodologies to benefit stakeholders.
• Tech Stack: Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contract Oversight: Manage incentive contracts for all regions, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze newly executed incentive contract terms to assess Visa’s contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment based on Visa policy and US GAAP.
• System Implementation: Setup incentive contracts in the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) system per contract terms, ensuring all key obligations are accurately addressed and processes are consistent.
• Payment Execution: Manage, track, and process contractual payments accurately and timely for all regions as per contract terms.
• Performance Monitoring: Review ongoing contract performance, update future performance/amortization schedules, and liaise with Sales, Legal, and clients to confirm fulfillment of contractual obligations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2 or more years of work experience, focusing on financial analysis, contract management, or accounting. Experience with US GAAP is essential.
• Skills:
1. US GAAP compliance and accounting treatment determination.
2. Contract analysis and interpretation.
3. Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) system usage.
4. Process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Bonus: 3-5 years of relevant working experience, or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA) with 2+ years of work experience.
