• Team: Provides embedded practice support to attorneys and specialists.
• Mission: Execute delegated administrative tasks for attorneys and specialists to ensure practice continuity and maintain institutional knowledge within the firm.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Emburse, firm’s document management system, PCs, printers, phones, copiers, facsimiles, typewriters. Also involves leveraging automation, dashboards, and participating in AI and technology-related trainings.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Document Production: Assist with typing, transcribing, and thoroughly revising various legal and administrative documents.
• Administrative & Travel Coordination: Make comprehensive meeting and travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and prepare expense statements and reimbursement requests.
• Information & File Management: Save and accurately profile pleadings and other documents in the firm’s document management system, assisting with file organization, creating notebooks, and managing large mailings.
• Billing Support: Enter billable time for attorneys and specialists, and make necessary revisions to time entries and prebills as required.
• On-site Operations & Technology: Provide crucial on-site support services encompassing mailing, copying, printing, and scanning, while identifying opportunities to streamline tasks through technology and recommend process improvements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High School Diploma or GED required; a 2-year degree is preferred, or commensurate professional or educational experience.
• Experience: Requires 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably acquired in a legal environment. A minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute is also required.
• Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Demonstrates organizational excellence, proactive problem-solving, clear and concise communication, and strong technology proficiency with a commitment to continuous upskilling.
• Bonus: Proactively identifies support needs and seeks guidance when necessary, showcasing adaptability in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
