Internship – Client Advisor Assistant Wealth Management – Roma | UBS

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Support: Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience.
• Client Contact: Serve as the point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries, stock orders, and payments.
• Account Management: Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence, and monitoring activities.
• Documentation: Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, and investment proposals.
• Compliance: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. This role focuses on client advisory assistance within wealth management.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required for this internship.
• Skills: Unyielding attention to detail even under pressure, ability to be a team player while managing conflicting priorities, works with absolute discretion, tactfulness, adaptability to changing demands, native Italian, and fluent English.
• Bonus: A brief financial services experience is preferred.
