• Team: Reports to the Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager
• Mission: To serve as a central point of contact for small business clients, ensuring their accounting records are accurate and up to date, and providing daily support.
• Tech Stack: QuickBooks Online, Excel, Bill.com, AI, automation, cloud-based applications

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Contact: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients, providing timely, professional communication and answering questions.
• Engagement Support: Support the Client Accounting Services Manager with client engagements and ongoing accounting projects.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate books and records using QuickBooks Online, including reconciling bank and credit card accounts.
• Payment Processing: Process accounts payable and manage electronic bill payments using Bill.com.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules for clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Professionals with a high school diploma or equivalent, seeking to grow their accounting career within client accounting services.
• Experience: 3–5 years of bookkeeping, client accounting, or accounting support experience, with required experience in QuickBooks Online.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, comfort learning new technology and AI tools, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client priorities, and high attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with Bill.com or similar AP automation software, and an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
