The TL;DR

• Team: Working within a store team, supporting overall store operations.
• Mission: To ensure Sheetz stores are exceptionally clean, welcoming, and in tip-top condition for customers and team members.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Store Cleanliness: Maintain an exceptionally clean environment by meticulously cleaning internal and external windows, service areas, vehicle parking spaces, extending parking areas, curbs, and dumpster zones.
• Facility Hygiene: Ensure all internal store facilities, including floors, restrooms, food and beverage areas, coolers, and freezers, are spotless and well-maintained for customer use.
• Equipment & Grounds Maintenance: Take the lead on inspecting and cleaning service areas, performing maintenance on fuel dispensing units, cleaning and stocking car washes where available, and conducting snow removal when necessary.
• Team Support: Provide dedicated support to the store team, collaborating to achieve spotless store dreams and ensuring a consistently welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Multi-Location Travel (Full-time): For full-time team members, be willing to travel between two designated store locations, with all mileage and drive time exceeding 15 minutes reimbursed for travel between locations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is a plus.
• Skills: Light equipment maintenance skills are preferred.
