Description:

This position is to join the Classified Network Operations Team based in Fort Worth, Texas. You will be responsible for supporting classified network infrastructure, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily operations, directly for an ADP effort.

Responsibilities:

• Network Infrastructure Support: Administer and maintain network infrastructure across multiple platforms, supporting the daily maintenance of hardware appliances such as Cisco Switches, Palo Alto and Juniper Firewalls, and Type 1 encryption devices.
• Networking Tool Support: Provide support for networking tools like Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, and Cisco Call Manager.
• Infrastructure Upgrades and Installation: Be responsible for planned infrastructure upgrades, installation, and cabling of network equipment.

Required Currently pursuings:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of active experience with configuration and management of Palo Alto Next Gen firewalls. Experience with supporting multi-site architectures and at least 5 years of experience with TACLANEs (IE: KG175s/ KG250).
• Cisco Expertise: Experience with managing and maintaining clustered Cisco UCM environments with Jabber/IMP.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Technical Skills: Confident in the OSI model with 5+ years of experience supporting and resolving network-related issues.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with other Classified Network Operations team members and customers.
• Certification: Current CompTIA Security+ (or other DoD 8570.01) Certification (or the ability to obtain certification).
• Customer Focus: Demonstrate the ability to provide customer-focused support, building relationships with customers and key stakeholders, and clearly communicating requirements.
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (Active Top Secret Preferred).
• Citizenship: US Citizenship

Desired Skills:

• Security Expertise: General knowledge of DISA STIGs and hardening methods.
• Certifications: Palo Alto PNCSA or Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS Certification.
• Software Defined Networking: Familiar with Software Defined networking (Cisco ACI, Cisco DNA Center, etc).
• CSfC: Familiar with NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified Architecture (CSfC).
• LAN/WAN Expertise: Experience with configuring and troubleshooting LAN and WAN connections.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to create and update network diagrams using Microsoft Visio.

Work Environment:

• On-site in Fort Worth, Texas.
• Rotating on-call support.
• Occasional travel.
