What You’ll Actually Do
• Invoice Processing: Process all billing invoices and perform financial transaction job tasks.
• Document Preparation: Complete necessary forms and letters to be sent to relevant parties as requested by Claims Adjusters.
• Information Retrieval: Request and obtain relevant documentation for claims, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Administrative Support: Mail and print letters, files, and other relevant claims documents for distribution and record-keeping.
• Reporting and Research: Perform research while working exception reports and complete all required internal claims reports timely.
