What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Entry: Enter and verify claims information, supporting documentation, and healthcare records with high accuracy.
• Review: Review claims forms and related documents to ensure completeness and compliance with established procedures.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive healthcare and member information.
• Productivity: Meet established productivity, quality, and accuracy standards while managing daily workloads.
• System Use: Utilize multiple systems and Microsoft Office applications to support claims processing.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma or GED required, with foundational knowledge in data entry, administrative support, claims processing, or healthcare operations.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in data entry, administrative support, claims processing, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel); ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments in a remote environment.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare operations or claims processing; familiarity with data entry and typing proficiency assessments.
