The TL;DR

• Mission: To support diverse civil engineering projects by applying basic engineering knowledge, utilizing specialized software, and contributing to fieldwork.
• Tech Stack: CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), GIS

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Apply basic engineering principles to assist with various civil engineering projects across multiple service areas.
• Technical Execution: Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools for design, analysis, and drafting tasks.
• Data Analysis: Perform engineering calculations and accurately interpret technical data from project assessments and reports.
• Site Engagement: Travel to project sites as required to support fieldwork, inspections, and data collection.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively and collaboratively within a team setting alongside experienced engineers and professionals.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, possessing basic knowledge of engineering principles, materials, and construction processes.
• Experience: Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and familiarity with other engineering tools like GIS.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform calculations and interpret technical data, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bonus: Previous coursework or projects in transportation, design, geotechnical engineering, or environmental systems.
