About the Internship
Intel is seeking a Circuit Design Intern to join their Technology Development and Manufacturing Group. The intern will be responsible for helping with SRAM compiler development and contributing to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.
Responsibilities
• Assist with SRAM compiler development in P1276
• Determine architecture design, logic design, and system simulation
• Define module interfaces/formats for simulation
• Contribute to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits
• Analyze equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results
Currently pursuings
• Minimum Currently pursuings:
• Actively pursuing a MS degree in Electrical Engineering
• 6+ months of experience in Spice simulation, characterization, design automation, and architecture exploration
• Preferred Currently pursuings:
• Experience with industry-standard EDA tools
• Experience with circuit design and analysis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Model
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as a hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
