Job Description
The Circuit Design Intern will be helping with SRAM compiler development in P1276. In addition, the intern will also help with the following:
• Determines architecture design, logic design, and system simulation.
• Defines module interfaces/formats for simulation.
• Contributes to the development of multidimensional designs involving the layout of complex integrated circuits.
• Analyzes equipment to establish operation infrastructure, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Candidate must be actively pursuing a MS degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6+ months of experience in the following:
• Spice simulation
• Characterization
• Design automation
• Architecture exploration
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Verilog/VHDL
• Experience with Cadence/Synopsys tools
• Experience with digital design and verification
