This is an exciting opportunity for students to join the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) at Wells Fargo for a summer internship in 2026.

Business Overview: Chief Administrative Office (CAO)
The CAO develops and manages enterprise services crucial for creating the best possible experience for business partners, employees, and customers. It focuses on effectiveness and consistency, overseeing areas like building maintenance, security, asset protection, data-driven decision-making, and supply chain optimization. The CAO Internship program is structured around three unique program pathways, each offering specialized rotational experiences:

1. Business Services:
Business Services & Transformation: Provides business management support to CAO, supports COO business routines, and leads CAO innovation.
Corporate Security: Ensures a safe and secure business environment for all employees, customers, and assets.
Enterprise Business Resiliency: Guides and supports the development, implementation, and exercising of business continuity plans, coordinates incident response, and governs the Service Delivery Model.
Enterprise Risk Programs Office: Governs the frontline implementation of various Wells Fargo policies and procedures, integrating data protection and risk management.
Strategic Programs & Enterprise Change Management: Combines expertise in strategic execution and change management across the enterprise to help the COO solve complex problems.
2. Corporate Properties Group: Delivers and maintains world-class space for employees and customers while strategically managing corporate real estate transactions.
3. Supply Chain Management: A global team that manages the entire end-to-end supply chain process, offering expert advice and sound execution.

Program Overview:
The summer internship is a 10-week professional development program designed to provide undergraduate students, particularly exceptional juniors, with an in-depth understanding of Wells Fargo’s operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. The program offers:
Relevant work assignments that provide real-world scenarios and experiences.
Relationship building opportunities.
Coaching and performance feedback sessions.
Informative learning sessions with key stakeholders.

This internship serves as a pipeline program, where successful interns may receive an offer to return the following year to join the full-time 2-year rotational Analyst Program.

Program Details:
Program Date: Summer 2026
Work Schedule: 40-hour work week; daily working hours based on business need.
Program Location: Charlotte, NC
Travel: Ability to travel 10% or more of the time may be required.

In this role, you will:
• Participate in formal programming and workshop initiatives.
• Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures.
• Receive direction from managers while exercising independent judgment.
• Develop an understanding of compliance and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications:
• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 – June 2027.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
• Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities (volunteerism, student organizations, study abroad, leadership positions, non-profit involvement).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated interest and/or experience in manipulating data and reporting, data visualization, and/or data insights.
• BA/BS degree with an interest in any of the following fields: Business Administration, Accounting, Analytics & Data, Business Intelligence, Communication, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Government, Management and Risk Management, Mathematics, Physics, Political Science, Policy & Management, Pre-law, Real Estate, Statistics, Supply Chain, Technology, or related business field.
