The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Springfield Treatment Center, located in both Springfield and Eugene, Oregon. Springfield Treatment Center is dedicated to supporting individuals on their recovery journey through compassionate care. This role is crucial for individuals who bring purpose and a genuine dedication to guiding clients toward lasting recovery and independent living.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Monday – Friday: 5:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Rotating Saturdays: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
• Location: Springfield, OR; Eugene, OR
• Pay: $19–$22 hourly
• Mission: Empower individuals on their recovery journey by providing personal experience, support, and connections to community resources.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Group Facilitation: Attend group sessions alongside primary counselors, serving as a positive role model and reinforcing valuable suggestions based on your personal experiences.
• Client Support: Provide essential telephonic support, case management, and meet clients at community or 12-step gatherings to offer non-traditional counseling assistance.
• Empowerment: Collaborate closely with clients at various stages of recovery, guiding them to make informed, independent choices for their path forward.
• Resource Connection: Connect clients with invaluable community resources to support their ongoing recovery and well-being.
• Flexible Engagement: Embrace a flexible work schedule that accommodates early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet clients where they are most comfortable and ready to grow.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Certified as a Recovery Mentor issued by the Oregon state licensing body; Early Career.
• Experience: Minimum of six months of relevant experience.
• Skills: Ability to meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program; adherence to federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances; possession of a current driver’s license.
