What You’ll Actually Do
• Virtual Cards: Issue virtual credit cards accurately and promptly in response to requests across all regions.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile virtual credit card transactions using designated tools and workflows, flagging discrepancies.
• Communication: Communicate with shop teams and personnel to clarify requests and resolve routine issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of virtual credit card activity to ensure audit readiness.
• Audit Support: Serve as a trained backup for repair order audits during virtual credit card system downtime.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail are considered, with prior administrative, accounting, or office experience preferred.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint is required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions, organized and reliable with the ability to manage time-sensitive requests, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience in the collision industry or with CCC One is a plus.
